A full facade transformation and interior build-out for a 25-year Murphy-bed manufacturer — from a dated stucco box with chevron awnings to a gabled, cedar-and-stone entrance — plus the reception, boardroom, break room, and manufacturing floor behind it.

NovaBuilt handled the facade renovation and interior build-out for Wilding Wallbeds, a family-owned Murphy bed manufacturer that has shipped solid-wood wall beds nationally for 25 years, with showrooms in St. George, Scottsdale, and El Segundo. The scope ran from the street-facing entrance and reception through to the boardroom, break room, and the manufacturing floor behind it.

Before and after

The two photographs were shot from different positions, so they are shown as a labelled pair. Neither image is retouched.

Three-quarter view of the building before renovation: tan stucco with chevron-shaped window awnings, a round window, a small gabled entry porch, and a Wilding Wallbeds sign panel.
