A corporate headquarters, an aerospace manufacturing plant, a multifamily development, and a manufacturing facility with a full renovation — completed since 2019, all along the I-15 corridor between St. George and Cedar City.

Seint Beauty Headquarters

St. George, Utah

A two-story corporate headquarters for a fast-growing direct-sales cosmetics brand, built to hold a French-industrial interior — exposed steel joists, crystal chandeliers, and a rooftop deck overlooking the red rock — inside a tilt-up concrete shell.

A full facade transformation and interior build-out for a 25-year Murphy-bed manufacturer — from a dated stucco box with chevron awnings to a gabled, cedar-and-stone entrance — plus the reception, boardroom, break room, and manufacturing floor behind it.

A luxury suites-and-studios development pairing shed-roof forms, board-formed concrete, and cedar screening on the exterior with warm, fully-furnished interiors — quartz counters, a floating stair, and wood-clad ceilings.

Cedar City, Utah

A new headquarters for the AeroTech and Quest divisions of RCS Rocket Motor Components — a two-story office and warehouse marked out front by a 30-foot model rocket replica, with a rocketry museum built into the main lobby.
