A two-story corporate headquarters for a fast-growing direct-sales cosmetics brand, built to hold a French-industrial interior — exposed steel joists, crystal chandeliers, and a rooftop deck overlooking the red rock — inside a tilt-up concrete shell.

Seint’s new St. George headquarters pairs a straightforward commercial shell — grey tilt-up concrete, black steel storefront glazing, cream awnings — with an interior that reads more like a hospitality build than a back office: white-painted exposed steel bar joists and round ductwork left in the open, crystal chandeliers hung from them, a two-story mezzanine wrapped in glass rail, and a rooftop deck with a retractable louvered pergola looking out over the red rock.

NovaBuilt served as general contractor for the project from shell to finish.
